We offer a 40-day return policy for most products purchased through our website.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from ekovegan.com.
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 40 days of the delivery date.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

Items that are customized, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our customer service team at support@ekovegan.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  • Pack the item securely and include the RA number inside the package.
  • Ship the return package using a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

Please note: We do not accept returns sent without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will offer a replacement or full refund based on your preference.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@ekovegan.com and we will assist you promptly.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • International shipping is not yet available, but we are working to expand globally in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

EKOvegan is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or arrange a replacement, if applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee redirection once an order has been shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
