Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) will be processed the following business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently ship within the United States using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can also track your order anytime on our website via the “Track Your Order” page.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@ekovegan.com.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States
  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • International shipping is not yet available, but we are working to expand globally in the future.

Lost or Damaged Packages

EKOvegan is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  3. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier or arrange a replacement, if applicable.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee redirection once an order has been shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
